Fred McKinnies Senior Vice President Fred oversees both the Public Housing and Section 8 programs. He has a BA in Criminal Justice from St. Leo University in San Antonio, FL; a MBA in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL and a MS in Psychology Counseling from Barry University in Miami, FL. He is a board member for the Jacksonville Police Athletic League and has been with JHA since 1993. |
Joyce Couch: Vice President of Resident Services
Ms. Couch oversees the day-to-day operation of the Social Services department which includes Service Coordinators, HOPE VI and various other social services coordinators. She has been with the JHA since 1993.
Larry Gonzalez: Senior Director of Housing Assistance
Mr. Gonzalez oversees the day-to-day operation of the Section 8 program. He has been with the JHA since 1998.
Jayne Hoover: Sr. Director of Property Management
Ms. Hoover oversees the Public Housing Section of JHA. She has been with the JHA since 2003.
Jim Behrendt: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Behrendt oversees the accounting, revenue and payroll functions within JHA. He recently joined the JHA after working in governmental accounting in Wisconsin and most recently, South Florida.
Ellen Ramsey: Director of Compliance & Special Projects
Ms. Ramsey oversees the purchasing department as well as the daycare. She has been with the JHA since 1995.
Ken McClinton: Director of Human Resources
Mr. McClinton oversees the complete operations of the Human Resources Department to include records compliance/retention and labor relations.
Evann Morris: Department Head, Information Technology
Ms. Morris oversees all Information Technology within the agency. She has been with JHA since 2008
