Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program
Property Owner/Manager Workshop Schedule
In order to fully illustrate the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Jacksonville Housing Authority offers workshops for property owners and property management agencies.
These workshops are intended to assist property owners/managers in fully understanding the Section 8 process. During the workshops key topics are covered, such as Tenant and Property Owner/Manager Responsibilities, HQS Inspections, Section 8 forms, Standard Office Procedures, Fraud and Fair Housing. These workshops also allow the properties, owner/manager to have questions answered regarding the Section 8 program.
Workshops are held once a month on the third Thursday of every month. They are hosted in the Conference Room (First Floor) at the Jacksonville Housing Authority located at 1300 Broad Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
No reservations are required; however, please limit number of attendees to two per party.

Workshops are concluded when all questions have been answered.
