PHA Annual Plan for FY2024 MeetingPublic Notice
The Jacksonville Housing Authority is developing its PHA Annual Plan for FY2024 in compliance
with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements.
The Administrative Plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan amendments are available
to the public for review online at www.jaxha.org and at the Administration office located at 1300
Broad Street N, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. On the
website, click on "News" and then "7/5/2023 - July 5 PHA Annual Plan Public Hearing."
Public comments are welcomed during the comment period from May 19 until July 4, 2023. Any
comments concerning the changes to the PHA Annual Plan must be made in writing. Comments to
the Administrative Plan may be emailed to email@example.com. Comments to the Continued
Occupancy Plan or general comments may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. All comments may
also be submitted to the main office at 1300 Broad Street N, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. All
comments are due by 5:00 p.m. on July 4, 2023. All public comments are included in the PHA
Annual Plan submission.
In addition, a public hearing will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, in the Brentwood
auditorium located at 3465 Village Center Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32206. All are respectfully
invited to attend.
"If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Jacksonville Housing Authority or any committee thereof with respect to
any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of these proceedings, and that, for such purposes,
he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be based." Florida Statutes 286.0105.
