Property Management

If you ever have a concern that needs to be addressed, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact the property office to make them aware of the situation.
  2. If the concern is not addressed in a timely manner, please reach out to the Jacksonville Housing office via one of the below methods.
    1. Call 904-630-3810 (If the receptionist is speaking with another customer, please leave a voicemail)

    4. Visit the Jacksonville Housing office in person or send us a written letter at: 1300 N Broad Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202
  3. Your concern will be assigned to a Jacksonville Housing representative who will contact you within 24-48 hours. If this is not the case, please call or email back so your concern can be escalated.
