Herbert Becker, Chief Operating Officer. Serves as the head of JH operations programs as the principal adviser to the CEO and implementing strategies, policies, and practices that maximize the agency's key programs and general operations.
Dennis Lohr, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lohr has responsibility over accounting, revenue, and payroll functions within JH.
Cathy Ponder-Hunt, Director of Housing Assistance. Ms. Hunt oversees the day-to-day operation of the Section 8 program. She has been with JH since 1996.
Jacqueline Harris, Director of Property Management. Ms. Harris oversees all property management functions within the agency.
Evann Morris, Director of Information Technology. Ms. Morris oversees all Information Technology within the agency. She has been with JH since 2008.
Kort Parde, Director of Human Resources. Ms. Parde oversees all human resources related functions with the agency.
William Mitchell, Director of Maintenance. Mr. Mitchell oversees all Construction and Maintenance within the agency.
Cordelia Parker, Interim Director of Resident Services. Ms. Parker oversees the day-to-day operation of the Social Services department which includes Service Coordinators, HOPE VI and various other social services coordinator for the agency.
