Public Notice - 3/25 Public Hearing - Amendment to the Administrative Plan

Jacksonville Housing, pursuant to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements under definition of "Substantial Deviation" and "Significant Amendment or Modification" Final Rule 903.7(r)(2), has amended its 2021-25 PHA 5-Year Plan. This amendment represents a "Significant Amendment or Modification" to the Administrative Plan. This amendment to the Administrative Plan incorporates occupancy changes required for the RAD PBV conversion of The Waves, Hogan Creek, and Centennial Towers. The Administrative Plan amendments are available to the public for review online at On the website, click on "About" and then "Plans and Policies." The comment period is February 8, 2021 through March 24, 2021. Any comments concerning the amendment to the Plan must be made in writing and either emailed to Heather or submitted to the main office at 1300 Broad Street N, Jacksonville, FL 32202, by 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2021.

In addition, a public hearing will be held at 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 25, 2021, in the Administrative Office located at 1300 Broad St. N, Jacksonville FL 32202.
