Effective April 19, 2021

Jacksonville Housing is offering $400.00 for every New HAP Contract, as long as funding permits. The contract must be for a minimum of one year.

If interested, please contact the Tenants' Housing Counselor and they can provide you with the necessary forms to be completed (Landlord Incentive Form along with the Request for Tenancy Approval).
