PUBLIC NOTICE JACKSONVILLE HOUSING BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HYBRID VIRTUAL/IN PERSON MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Jacksonville Housing (JHA) Board of Commissioners will meet via Microsoft Teams teleconference on, Monday August 16, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend this meeting via Microsoft Teams teleconference pursuant to State of Florida Executive Order 20-69 (Emergency Management-COVID-19-Local Government Public Meetings). Due to COVID-19 and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines social distancing requirements, only JHA members and JHA staff may attend the meeting at the physical location.

Interested persons who cannot attend this JHA Board of Commissioners Microsoft Teams meeting but who wish to submit public comments to be read for consideration during the public comments of the meeting may do so by emailing Linda Sims until 2:10 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Public comments submitted by email must be received no later than 2:10 p.m. on the day of the meeting to be read during the appropriate time.

If you are using Microsoft Teams for the first time, please give yourself time before the meeting starts to learn the program and be prepared. If you are unable to attend this virtual meeting it will be recorded and available on the JHA website within 48 hours after its conclusion at Board of Commissioners Meetings. If you would like to obtain a copy of the recording directly you can email your request to Linda Sims.
